How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of $20 Australia-Wide!
Do you offer International Delivery?
Thommy-Jean ships worldwide so no one misses out!
For international shipping, rates and delivery times will be location dependant
Standard international shipping rate below:

- US & Cananda - $45
- UK & Ireland - $49
France - $49
How long till I receive my order?
We will endeavour to process your order within 2-3 days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time will be location dependant.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We use a registered postal service throughout Australia with tracking from door to door.
Deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up.
International orders varies from 2-5 weeks. Please contact us for an exact quote and lead time.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
All beds are handmade with the utmost love and care as you order. Beds are estimated to take usually take 2-3 days to bed made & leave our studio!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Thommy-Jean we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!
You can return or exchange any full priced item that is un-used and in its original condition 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund or credit. Please note, all shipping costs to and from Thommy-Jean is to be covered by the customer.
If the item is faulty, please contact Thommy-Jean via email at Thommy-Jean within 7 days of receipt of the item so that we can approve your return. Please include your order number, photo of fault and reason for return.
All shipping costs to and from Thommy-Jean are to be covered by the customer. We will ensure all issues are dealt with swiftly!
Thommy-Jean will not accept your exchange if we consider the item used, damaged or broken due to inappropriate packaging via transit, misuse or wear and tear.
Your return must be sent via registered post so that it can be tracked as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through transit.
Once your item is returned and inspected, we will send you email confirmation that is has been received. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
Can I return a sale item?
Please note, There is NO exchange or refund on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.
Can I return an item from an international delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders.
